People will often book a year or more in advance, so please contact us as soon as you can to check that we are available for your desired date.
During your enquiry you are welcome to place a provisional booking in our diary.
No payment is required at this stage.
There is no charge for cancelling your provisional reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed following full payment in advance.
When we receive cleared funds in our account, your booking will be confirmed in our diary and our team will be set to attend your wedding at the agreed time.

The fee for this service is £350 including VAT.
In certain cases we may require assistance with travel expenses. We are based at Durham. Events within 50 miles of this location incur no travel expenses. Outside this area we charge approximately £25 for every additional 50 miles of travel. Some events may also require an overnight stay.
The following map gives a rough idea of possible travel expenses, but please contact us for an accurate quote.
If you need to move the date, this does not incur any additional charge providing we have space in our calendar to accommodate the new date.
